These Terms & Conditions govern use of lightfusionphoto.com (the "Website"), operated by Light Fusion Photo LLC, doing business as LightFusion Photography & Film ("LightFusion," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

1. Website Purpose

The Website presents information about wedding photography and filmmaking, our portfolio, and how to inquire about services. Website information is general and may be updated.

2. Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or discussing a date does not reserve that date. A date is booked only after the applicable service agreement has been signed and the required deposit has been paid. Packages, deliverables, payment obligations, cancellations, rescheduling, and other paid-service matters are governed by the signed client agreement, not these Website Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website’s text, branding, designs, photographs, films, and other content belong to LightFusion or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, or used commercially without permission from the appropriate rights holder.

4. Portfolio and Client Materials

Images and films may feature clients, guests, venues, and other third parties. Display on the Website does not authorize visitors to download, reproduce, or republish them. Client usage rights for delivered work are set out in the separate signed service agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use the Website in violation of applicable law.

6. Information and Availability

We aim to provide accurate information, but packages, descriptions, availability, and Website content may change. Any binding service arrangements are confirmed separately in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

The Website may link to third-party services or galleries. Their content, availability, privacy policies, and terms are outside our control.

8. Website Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes legal rights that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LightFusion is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the Website. This does not limit liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability connected with paid photography or filmmaking services is addressed by the applicable client agreement and law.

10. Privacy

Our handling of information collected through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory laws provide otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise specified, subject to applicable law.
